How do I set it all up?
If you already have a broadband modem and are comfortable setting the system up yourself then we will simply provide you with the necessary connection information. Alternatively for £25 we will provide you with a broadband modem and one of our engineers will arrange a suitable time to visit you. He/she will setup your PC (or apple mac) and make sure your email and browser are all configured correctly before they leave.

Can I use the telephone while I am on the Internet?
Yes, although broadband uses your telephone line you can still make and receive calls whilst you are using the Internet.

Are there any limits to how much I can use the Internet?
No, unlike many other service providers we do not limit use for home users or small businesses. The only exception would be where the service was being abused by an extremely high volume user over regular and extended periods, for example regularly copying movies from the Internet, in this case we would provide a more suitable service.

Can I make telephone calls over the Internet?
Yes, you can PC Telephones and Webcams are ideal to keep in touch with relatives around the world at no additional cost. If you require any further information on how to set this up please give us a call.

Yes, the telephone point (or an extension cable) has to be within a couple of metres of the PC. Don’t worry if the telephone point is further away as we can always provide an extension cable to do the job. Alternatively you can buy an extension cable from any major electrical or DIY store.
